Call One is excited about this partnership with Neat. Commenting on the new partnership, Nic Burton, Channel Sales Director at Neat says,
Partnering with Call One is a match made in heaven because they share our commitment to providing customers with richer, more meaningful, and engaging video meeting experiences for their modern hybrid workforce.
Business communications and collaboration technology is constantly evolving and changing. It can be very overwhelming. How do you keep up with all the changes? More importantly, how do you know which technology is best for your business? Especially now in this new normal of hybrid work.
Bill Mays and Dottie O’Daniel Mays started Call One, Inc. in 1987 out of their modest two-bedroom home to help people do their business better.
Initially Call One, Inc. supported customers by helping them select the right Plantronics, GN Netcom, Unex or ACS headsets for use in their offices, call centers and dispatch centers. Additionally, they provided headset repair services and all available accessories to help customers extend the life of their headsets.
Bill & Dottie believed in the fundamental principle that people do business with people.
Their belief and passion to help people do their business better carried them through three decades that included the 9/11 tragedy, The Great Recession, and multiple hurricane evacuations. Today Call One, Inc. supports many families and, in some cases, multiple generations here on the Space Coast (Brevard County Florida). A very cool part of being headquartered in Cape Canaveral, FL besides proximity to the beaches, are all the awesome rocket launches!!!
Call One, Inc. helps thousands of organizations in multiple industries; Logistics / Transportation, Health Insurance, Banking, Broadcast Media, Financial Services, Professional Services, Insurance, Telecom / Communications, Hospitals Healthcare, Waste Management, IT Services, Manufacturing, Education, and Government (Federal, State, Local) across the United States.
People have questions about what communications and collaboration technology is best for their corporate and home offices, contact centers, remote workers, mobile teams, meeting rooms, fleets, warehouses, and all their working environments.
Our 30,000 sq ft operations facility allows us to provide additional services like Agent in a Box. Agent in a Box is a service that takes all the devices and components needed and puts them in one box. This helps simplify deployment and delivery anywhere in the US to include business and residential addresses. Your team members can get the technology and devices needed delivered to their doorstep!
As a Nationally Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Call One, Inc. can help satisfy Supplier Diversity goals and objectives.
Sadly, Bill Mays passed on August 15, 2018. Dottie and their son Stephen Mays now stand at the helm leading the company.
Stephen along with his leadership team, helped Call One, Inc. and sister company Hello Direct navigate the 2020 COVID-19 global pandemic. We were able to very quickly pivot from in-office to work from home in a matter of days using the technology and devices we provide.
Stephen Mays reminds us that Call One, Inc. is more than one person. It is all the Call One, Inc. team members who show up every day because they believe in the fundamental principle that people do business with people and our passion is to help people do their business better.

Happy New Year!!! The holidays are over and I like most received new gizmos and gadgets. An issue folks may run into is how you charge all the various devices when you have limited USB ports or power outlets.
The cable comes in a nice little case for easy portability and is a standard USB on one end and four connectors on the other end: Traditional Apple (30 pin), Apple Lighting and two Micro USB
I can now charge my iPad or iPhone, iPod, Bluetooth headset and even my mouse or keyboard!!!
Just another cool little device to make your lives easier. Hope you all have an awesome 2015!!!
