Job Title: Audio Visual (AV) Sales Account Executive

What You Will Do: As an AV Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of cutting-edge AV solutions to new clients. Your expertise in AV technology will enable businesses to realize their potential through enhanced communication systems. You will be steering client consultations, navigating business needs, and providing tailored solutions that include products from industry leaders like Logitech, HP/Poly, Yealink, Neat, and market leading AV peripherals.

You will have access to HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo, offering you comprehensive lead contact information and management features that surpass most other organizations. These tools are designed to streamline your workflow and maximize your effectiveness in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Work with AV team to conduct in-depth product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to recommend appropriate AV solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Keep abreast of market trends and product capabilities to remain competitive.
- Meet sales quotas as provided by sales leadership.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven track record in AV sales, with substantial experience in selling conference room solutions for Zoom and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Strong understanding of the commercial AV market and technology trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to forge and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales quotas.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with professional AV solutions from Shure, Biamp, Netgear, and Yamaha is highly desirable and is preferred but not required.
