The BlueParrott Updater is a free software program enabling your headset firmware to be updated with the latest functionality. Simply install the Updater on your computer; connect the headset to the computer with a USB cable; and click “Update”.

Program your BlueParrott Button™ in the BlueParrott App for fast access to your favorite features including mute and speed dial. You can use this app feature with the following BlueParrott headsets: S650-XT, M300-XT, B550-XT, B450-XT (BPB-45020), B450-XT Classic, B350-XT (BPB-35020), B350-XT, C400-XT, C300-XT, and S450-XT.
The app also supports BlueParrott Button™ integration with other popular PTT networks and associated apps – such as AT&T and Verizon – to make communication between warehouse, retail, and hospitality-based teams super-smooth and efficient.
Easy firmware updates
The BlueParrott app lets you know when new firmware is available for your headset and helps you choose the ideal update method for your device. B650-XT, S650-XT, M300-XT, and B450-XT (BPB-45020) all allow over-the-air firmware updates via the BlueParrott App, so you can keep your headset performance-ready without connecting to a computer.
Simple setup and upgraded user support
Detailed in-app pairing instructions and instant-access user guides make it easy for you to get going straight away.
